The Scoop:Tolliver's contract was set to become guaranteed at the end of Friday, so the 76ers decided cut ties with the aging veteran. Philadelphia acquired Andre Drummond and Georges Niang this offseason to bolster their depth behind Tobias Harris and Joel Embiid, making Tolliver dispensable.
