The Spurs have traded Boris Diaw to the Utah Jazz in exchange for the rights to Olivier Hanlan. Adrian Wojnarowski on Twitter The Scoop:The Spurs needed to trade Diaw in order to clear up enough cap space to sign Pau Gasol, so this is an expected move. As for the Jazz, Diaw will give them some additional depth in the frontcourt after they lost Trevor Booker to the Nets, but he probably won't see too many minutes because Trey Lyles looked fantastic after the All-Star break last season.
