| Continuing career in Spain The Scoop:After going undrafted out of Florida State in 2020, Forrest spent time in the NBA in each of the last four seasons. Between stops with the Jazz and Hawks, Forrest appeared in 151 games, averaging 2.8 points, 1.9 assists and 1.5 rebounds in 11.6 minutes per contest. The 26-year-old became a free agent this offseason and took part in the Las Vegas Summer League with the Lakers, but after he was unable to generate much interest from NBA teams, he'll head overseas to continue his career. | Plays 20 minutes off bench Forrest accumulated six points (3-5 FG, 0-1 FT), two rebounds, five assists and one steal in 20 minutes during Wednesday's 115-114 loss to the Hornets. The Scoop: Forrest saw an uptick in playing time for the shorthanded Hawks on Wednesday and posted a relatively well-rounded stat line. | Dishes six dimes in defeat Forrest notched two points (1-2 FG), four rebounds and six assists over 22 minutes during Monday's 136-105 loss to the Lakers. The Scoop: Forrest got a little more run than usual due to the lopsided nature of the score, as his 22 minutes were the most of the campaign. The fourth-year guard wasn't aggressive as a shooter but did manage to finish second on the team with six assists. Forrest's opportunities have increased a bit since Trae Young went down with a finger injury in late February, but the former's production hasn't come closer to warranting fantasy attention. The Scoop: Forrest had previously reached the maximum threshold of NBA appearances for a two-way player but can now suit up for Atlanta for the rest of the 2023-24 season.
