| The Raptors announced Friday that they waived Harper from his two-way contract, Ryan Wolstat of the Toronto Sun reports. The Scoop:Harper will undergo season-ending surgery next week after sustaining a subluxation of the left shoulder while playing for the Raptors 905 of the G League.
