The Scoop:Morgan saw mostly garbage-time minutes with the Celtics during the 2021-22 season, as the 24-year-old was not a factor in head coach Ime Udoka's playoff rotation en route to Boston's appearance in the 2022 NBA Finals. The Scoop: Just over a week after inking a 10-day deal with Boston, Morgan's time with the team looks as though it could come to an unceremonious end while he's in the protocols. He's unlikely to gain clearance before the Celtics play the Bucks on Thursday in the second leg of a back-to-back set, and his contract will expire prior to the team's regular-season finale this weekend in Memphis.
