| Expected to shoot more 3s Coach Steve Kerr said Monday he'd like Wiggins to shoot about six three-pointers per game, Kerith Burke of NBC Sports Bay Area reports. The Scoop: With Klay Thompson out of the picture, the Warriors will turn to other sources for offensive production, especially from deep. Wiggins attempted 6.1 three-pointers per game in 2022-23, but that number dropped to 3.6 last season, his lowest mark since 2016-17. | Won't play for Canada at Olympics Wiggins won't play for Canada during the 2024 Paris Olympics, Doug Smith of the Toronto Star reports. The Scoop: Per Smith, the Warriors are actively trying to trade Wiggins to clear up cap room, presumably to acquire Paul George, and they don't want Wiggins to get hurt playing in the Olympics. John Hollinger of The Athletic relays there could also be an already existing injury for Wiggins, but nothing has been reported.
