Trans. Dec 19 2:02 ET The Miami Heat’s 17-player roster is now set after the team waived BJ Johnson and converted Max Strus’ deal to a two-way contract. The move was not surprising after Strus knocked down six 3-pointers in last night’s 117-105 victory over the Toronto Raptors. The Heat have also had their eye on Strus for quite some time; Greg Sylvander of the 5 Reasons Sports Network said that Miami would try to sign Strus before the 2019 NBA Draft. The Scoop: None.
